9th Annual Hepatitis B Foundation
B Informed Patient Conference
June 26-27, 2009
Delaware Valley College
Doylestown, PA 18901

The 2009 B Informed Patient Conference will be held June 26-27 at Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, just a few miles from the home of the Hepatitis B Foundation.

Highlights of this year’s conference will include formal presentations by clinical and research experts with interactive Q & A sessions. The keynote address given by Dr. Mack Mitchell, Director, Division of Gastroenterology and Digestive Diseases at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, will provide an update on the care and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in adults. An update for children with chronic hepatitis B will be given by Dr. Barbara Haber, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. A comprehensive overview of the available drug therapies will be provided by Dr. Timothy Block, President of the Hepatitis B Foundation and Professor at Drexel University College of Medicine.

After nine years, our national B Informed Patient Conference continues to be the only one of its kind, giving patients and families the unique opportunity to connect with one another in a supportive environment. Through presentations by experts in the field, workshops, and interactive Q&A sessions, participants learn to live more successfully with chronic hepatitis B and gain new friends at the same time!
