So here is the algorithm that we published in
the paper. You have a patient that’s e-Positive, we look at the DNA.
If the DNA is less than 10 to the fifth, then
probably that patient can be followed because they have inactive
disease. If the DNA is greater or equal to 10 to the
fifth then we look at the ALT. If the ALT is normal, that’s probably
immune tolerant, now you can consider a biopsy, but most of us would
do serial laboratory testing because this is probably immune tolerant.
But if the ALT is elevated, then these are
candidates for either of the first line therapies.
