The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Conference Services will be offering and organizing all accommodations at the on-campus Warren Apartments.

Please forward your completed form to the UCSD Conference Services to secure your lodging.
The UCSD Conference Services package includes the following meals:
- August 18: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- August 19: breakfast and lunch
- August 20: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- August 21: breakfast
The 2008 Intl HBV Meeting Welcome Reception on August 17 and the Banquet at the Birch Aquarium on August 19 will be provided by the Hepatitis B Foundation.
Accommodation rates are as follows:
(Check-in August 17, check-out August 21)
- Single Room in apartment with meals (2 people per apt – 1 per bedroom): $380.00/person
- Double Room in apartment with meals (4 people per apt - 2 per bedroom): $332.00/person
Early Check-in August 16th (housing only - meals on your own): $60.00/person
(After August 8th, housing is subject to availability)

Please note the UCSD Conference Services cancellation policy states that cancellations made prior to July 18th are subject to a $50.00 fee. No refunds will be made after July 18th.
