Please note that the HBV Meeting 2007 Registration fee does NOT include lodging. Participants will need to pay for their own hotel accommodations this year. There are a limited number of rooms reserved at each hotel, so please make your reservations early!
Blocks of rooms have been reserved at hotels near the meeting venue in the Termini Railway Station area and in the city center. The list of hotels included below includes the cost for single and double rooms.
Making Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservation forms will be handled by Spazio Congressi and must be received by August 10 for guaranteed reservations at the special rates. All forms must be FAXED.

HOTEL RESERVATION FORM A confirmation letter will be sent on receipt of hotel reservation. If rooms are no longer available at the chosen hotel, Spazio Congressi will find other accommodations at a comparable rate and category.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of hotel reservations must be made with one week’s notice, and will only be accepted in writing via fax to Spazio Congressi. In the case of no-show or late cancellation within 72 hours, the hotel will be authorized to collect one night’s fee from your credit card and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
