The 2006 HBV Meeting will be held at the:

The price of Accommodations (check-in Sunday September 17, check-out Thursday September 21) and Meals (starting with evening reception on Sunday September 17 and ending with lunch on Wednesday September 20) for this year’s meeting will be included in the Registration Fee. 

Registration Fees:

Early On or Before July 16, 2006
Single Room*: CA$875, Double Room: CA$650

Regular July 17 to August 11, 2006
Single Room*: CA$900, Double Room: CA$675

Late August 12 to September 10, 2006
Single Room*: CA$975, Double Room: CA$750

*Single Rooms are first come-first served/not guaranteed

A block of rooms have been reserved for this meeting and will be available on a first-come first-served basis.  Participants are encouraged to register early to guarantee a room at this hotel.

Highspeed internet access will be available in all guest rooms at no charge. Please bring your own laptop and LAN cable for internet access.

Richmond Center Mall is directly across the street from the hotel and offers 240 brand name stores as well as the Hudson's Bay Department Store. Within walking distance are Minoru Park, public pools, ice rinks and a scenic path minutes away for a pleasant stroll or a bike ride on the Richmond River Walk.
