Accommodations

Accommodations for the 2013 International HBV Meeting are listed below. Each participant is responsible for their own reservation. The hotels have offered special rates which are only available for registered participants and the reservations must be made through the congress secretariat (contact information is below.)

Hotel reservations can be made on the hotel reservation form. Each hotel has an individual form.

Cancellation Policy
All accommodation charges should be paid to conference designated bank account 
by bank transfer before 31 August 2013.
Cancellation of hotel reservation after 31 August 2013 will result in the accommodation charges being forfeited.
In case of delay in payment, reservations will not be retained.
