Accommodations

Christ’s Church, which is the largest college in Oxford University and the Cathedral Church for the Anglican Diocese of Oxford is the lodging accommodations of choice. Room reservations include a full English breakfast every morning, as well as the benefit of enjoying Christ Church's beauty and fascinating history. While here, follow the footsteps of the world's favorite wizard as you walk around the cloisters and quadrangles and see many of the scenes from the Harry Potter feature films that were shot in various locations of the College. Christ Church is a very short walk to the meeting conference center at the Oxford University Examination Schools.
The accommodations at Christ Church are college rooms. These are located in buildings of architectural and historical interest and most are beside lawned quadrangles or overlooking gardens or the Meadow. The buildings themselves reflect the different centuries since the college's foundation. Although our buildings have been built over many centuries, rooms have been modernised and offer spacious, comfortable accommodation. Rooms vary from traditional Oxford ‘sets’ (one or two bedrooms and a sitting room or study) to modern single study-bedrooms. All have a bed, wardrobe, desk, armchairs, wash hand-basin, and shaver point. Some have an en-suite shower and toilet; for the rest, bathrooms, showers, and toilets are abundant and conveniently located. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, free internet connection and refrigerator. A free laundry room is also provided and irons and ironing boards are available on request. Soap, towels and bathmats are provided.
Please note: If you choose the Twin Standard or Twin Ensuite Room you will be paired with another participant. If you have a preferred roommate, please complete the on-line registration. After your registration is complete, email us at: info@hepbmeeting.org
with your name and your candidate’s name and email address.
Both people MUST be registered. We will try our best to accommodate your wishes.
