Dr. Hie-Won L. Hann

Professor of Medicine, Jefferson Medical College, and Director, Liver Disease Prevention Center, Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Hann has changed thousands of lives through her successful educational, screening and treatment programs during her distinguished career. Since being part of the research group at Fox Chase Cancer Center that discovered the hepatitis B virus, she has dedicated her life to the research, prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
